‏We are pleased to give you the opportunity to exchange and return within 3 days from the date of purchase for return and exchange 3 days.

‏1- The original invoice/connect must be brought upon replacement or return

‏2- The product must be in its original state of packaging and to manage the right not to receive any product that has been manipulated or there is a case that does not agree with conditions and has the decision to be final and decide on this matter

‏3- Any product purchased from any other source, whether inside or outside, will not be accepted

‏4- Underwear, accessories and cosmetics cannot be returned or exchanged

‏5- The amount paid from the credit card is refunded within 7 days within 14 days of Visa

‏6- Goods purchased during the sales period cannot be refunded with the possibility of replacement only or the end of the downloads period

‏7- Goods purchased cannot be returned using Qitaf points, SABB points and discount vouchers and can only be exchanged within 3 days from the date of purchase

‏8- In case of replacement or return, the customer must bring any free or discounted products as part of the offer
